We only use the finest ingredients available starting with our italian Caputo "00" flour we use in our tasty dough, to our award winning organic Bianco Di'Napoli tomatoes we use in our sauces. We make (almost) everything that goes on our pizzas from scratch. We hand slice our four + varieties of imported Italian salami's and ham as well as our locally sourced produce and other meats.
