Unexpected cleaning charge after returning the car cleanWe were charged nearly $300 in cleaning fees after returning our rental to Budget at Harry Reid International Airport, 7135 Gilespie St, Las Vegas. We returned the car clean inside and out, and had cleaned it the day before. We are non-smokers and have photos documenting the vehicle’s condition.Despite several calls to customer service, the charge has not been resolved. We’ve rented from Budget many times and have never had an experience like this. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on our experience, I’d caution renters to carefully document the car’s condition and review their final bill.

Arrive at Phoenix 2pm 10/02. Still in line at 3pm.I won't be using budget in the future and recommend you not book here as well.Surely the CEO could give a darn..

Horrible service and then they billed both rentals Aug 31 - Sept 3 and Sept 13 & 14 for fuel of $18.99 plus tax. We had filled up both times at the same gas station we use for all Las Vegas rentals, and we could have provided the receipts at drop off but they knew the tank was filled. Fraud/Scam stay away never ever had any issues with numerous other rental agencies in the Vegas area. The final bill does not show what the charges are for. I had to call the 800 to get this removed.

Very very bad location they are thieves. I will never rent from this location again. They accuse you of smoking in the car and billing you without any evidence. They also stated that they have video cameras recording you in the car that is totally against the law and recording you without your knowledge. and not only that but they do not clean the car before giving it to you. This location is all about scams I will definitely rent from Alamo next time they are a little more expensive, but never a headache at that location.they sent you a chart of your heartbeat then they charge you $225 plus tax.no smoking occurred in the car. when I Called customer service at Las Vegas Airport , they stated either somebody smokes near the car you will be still charged And started you need to be 20 feet away from the car before you light a cigarette that nobody lighted a cigarette. I am still fighting the fee and I won’t give up I contacted the headquarters if that doesn’t resolve the issue I will take them to court and open a case with the Attoney General in Las Vegas. people if you are going to rent a car do not run from Budget in the Las Vegas airport location because if they could put their hand in your pocket, they will make it empty

Budget car rental at Las Vegas Airport is a scam! Be very careful with the contract you signed, Read through EVERYTHING because they are going to ask you to sign on items you declined. If you don't correct them on the spot, they would charge you arms and legs for those additional items. The associates appeared to be polite, but they are dishonest and mislead you. Rent somewhere else!!! Don't give them a chance to scam you!
