tripadvisorIf I could give this motel a negative number I would. HORRIBLE experience. After we checked in, the room below us immediately had cops (multiple), but I mean that's not really the hotels fault so we continued on. We went to dinner but came back to our door key not working. After walking to the front desk multiple times we were told we would need to move rooms, however, were only there for the night and not planning on leaving again so we said we would just manage. Next, we tried to shower but the tub was clogged--would not drain. The tv was hard to see, had some weird screen, the phone didn't work and the last straw...the toilet would barely flush. After 20 min in the room we called the front desk and asked for a refund...which we were declined, but we left anyways. I grew up staying in motel 6 when on vacation...never again. It's worth the extra money to go somewhere you can feel safe and things work the way they are suppose to.
MoreThe room was clean and quiet, I didn’t have any problems. I stayed for a week on business, and anything that I need, they were here for me. The pool is clean too, I enjoyed it. Anytime I needed anything they always answered the phone. I will be sure to come back and stay here for an affordable rate and service! Plus the diner is walking distance and delicious!!!
MoreI am usually an easy person and I very seldom complain. I decided to share my unpleasant experiences listed below.1) DIRTYThis motel reminded me of a song Hotel California when two 2 inches size of live Cockroaches were on the floor when I was ready to check out. I wrapped my hand around the plastic grocery bag trying to catch them. Can you imagine they moved pretty quickly? My schedule time was running out, but I wanted to kill them before the next guests. I finally caught them. I felt itchy while I was asleep. Was it the reason?2) NON-PROFESSIONALA motel front desk clerk named Taylor was very rude when I asked him to come over to my room to show me plug-in locations for iPhone, PC, Apple Watch, and CPAP. He reluctantly said OK with a big sigh over the phone. He did not realize I heard it. When he came over, I had trouble opening the room door for him. Something got stuck, and I could not get it open. We tried and it finally opened. He was agitated at me and repeated a couple of times I was the only person who was having trouble doing a simple task and I was stupid. 3) UNRELIABLEI requested a Wakeup call when I checked in. I saw him programming my request in front of me, but the call never came. I had a very strange feeling about this guy and set up the wake-up alarm on my iPhone after he left my room. I think he was angry and he decided to set up a sabotage I would not make the appointment. He probably removed the wake-up program. He was not kind and helpful at all. I am sharing this if you have to catch an International flight.
MoreI love this hotel. Mostly because the front desk lady Glenna was very sweet and very accommodating. She made sure that I was able to have an early check in without any kind of a hassle. And when you are not from the area, and are exhausted that makes all of the difference
MoreI always stay in budget hotels on my U.S trips as i'm constantly on the go and don't feel the need to be in luxury when I'm hardly there.I was initially allocated a room by the highway which was completely unlivable even for one night and my stay was 8 nights. I went back to reception and the receptionist kindly upgraded me to another room on the other side of the hotel which was a great help. Cons- No breakfast- No refrigerator- No coffee machine- No bedside power sockets / only power sockets are by the sink and under the tv table.- Only one ice machine in the hotel located in the middle of the 2nd floor which didn't work 80% of the time.Pros- Cheap- Location is great if you're mainly using uber/lyft to get around - the most expensive lyft I did was to Red Rocks which came to $30Overall I would say to avoid this place and just pay a little extra for somewhere else - you will thank yourself.
