Circle Yoga Shala is an Internationally Accredited Yoga Therapy School. We offer 200RYT and 500RYT teacher trainings, and an 800 hour Professional Yoga Therapy program. Experts in the subtle mechanics of movement, breath and the science of adaptation to individual uniqueness, we employ the great triad of approaches to yoga: that of service (Karma/Seva), of discernment and clear seeing (Jnana), and of devotion (Bhakti). The Shala is one of the few places to have held on to the breadth and depth of this traditional triune perspective. We have also developed a movement culture free from dogma for the sheer joy and presence of movement. In addition, we provide immersion opportunities at nominal fees by incorporating the principles of Seva, conscious labor, to offset teaching costs and accommodations. We are only "open" during our training programs. That said, we are happy for you to visit, just please call first!
