Santiago's in East Denver is one of the several chain Mexican restaurants. Breakfast Burrito, Stuffed Sopapilla (stuffed and fried pastry), Barbacoa (shredded beef tacos with guacamole, lettuce, beans and rice) and Pork Chop Dinner are their signature items from the menu. Their Green Chile is termed as one of the best in town. It is a highly popular place and gets crowded, but the wait is absolutely worth it!
