Stayed for a few days. Close to the beach. Room was clean, the bathroom was nice as well. Price wasn't too bad for $90. Definitely better small model in the area

We paid through Booking.com. Reviews were good enough that we booked it. When we got there, you could tell it was old, possibly rundown. There were questionable people staying there with no cars. Our car was the only one. The room was dated but clean. We couldn’t get a refund. We chose not to stay.

I stayed here for few months when I moved into the town. Room was large and clean. Large HD tv. Microwave and freeze. They didn't provide housekeeping as they didn't have staff. It wasn't an issue for me. Location is wonderful. Only 1 mile from downtown and 2 miles from the beautiful Clearwater beach.

I stayed during the spring break. It was bit pricey however room was clean and quite for a good night sleep. I wanted to visit the beach and the bay area. I couldn't afford absurd price at the beach. I found this small motel for be in my price range. I stayed 4 night. Definitely recommend it.

Not a great place, but if you just want a cheap room close to the beach, it's okay. It's in a seedy area, but not dangerous. Rooms were just so-so, not filthy but not walk-around-barefoot clean. Walls were pretty thin, so if there is a party next door you will hear it.
