Paella is cooked outside over an open fire in a paella pan. our great tasting authentic paellas are prepared with the highest quality and freshest ingredients. We only use the worlds best paella rice from Spain (Bomba or Calasparra), azafran-saffron, Spanish chorizo (sausage) made in its traditional way using all the seasonings and spices from Spain. Extra virgin Spanish olive oil, Spanish Pimenton (paprika) and use locally grown produce, meat and fresh seafood making this paella one of the best options for any size party or corporate event and all prepared on site at the comfort of your home, backyard, pool deck, sky deck, park pavilion, reception hall or any place your having your Venue.
