I took a trip to Napa with the Travel Divas and had an absolutely FABULOUS time! This was my third trip with them and my sister's first. I thought the entire trip was impeccably planned, the accommodations were wonderful, the itinerary left room for rest and relaxation or exploring downtown Napa, which we did. I enjoyed everything about this trip.I did also take a trip with TD in March to Cartagena and fell ill during the trip. Listen, they advise people to get travel insurance as there are no refunds and that is exactly what I did. So when I fell ill, through no fault of anyone really, my trip insurance took care of reimbursing me for the part of the trip I had to miss. My trip hosts checked in on me and TD also checked in on me. I thought everything was handled professionally and I felt well cared for and thankful for the group I was with.I don't think Travel Divas is without fault as it is hard to experience a perfect travel experience every time. But I think they put in an amazing effort each and every time and, for that, I am thankful. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This was my second trip with Travel Divas. My first experience was a cruise, which was fun, enjoyable, and memorable, although it involved a very large group. For this reason, I was pleased to learn that my second trip — Travel Divas Glam Dubai 2026 — would be a smaller group experience.There were many outstanding aspects of this trip. The hotel accommodations, excursions, transportation, and tour guide were all exceptional. Each component of the itinerary felt thoughtfully planned, and the overall quality of the travel experience was truly world‑class. The cultural activities and attention to detail made this trip both enriching and memorable.I also experienced several positive interactions with the host. She was knowledgeable about Dubai and provided excellent recommendations throughout the trip. I especially appreciated her taking the time to ensure my attire was appropriate for the mosque visit, which demonstrated cultural awareness and consideration.However, I did encounter some concerns regarding attentiveness and professionalism. When I began experiencing significant knee pain and needed to wear a brace, the host did not express concern for my well‑being. Additionally, when I messaged her to inform her that I had accidentally left my phone at a venue, I did not receive a response or follow‑up. Fortunately, the hotel doorman showed concern and was pleased that I recovered it, which I appreciated.I also observed behavior that I felt was unprofessional, such as chewing and cracking gum while working in her role as a Travel Host. After one meal, she discussed wanting to confront or fight a restaurant staff member due to a perceived slight. This conversation made me uncomfortable and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected.My most significant concern involved safety. After the yacht event, I stepped aside to sit and put on my shoes. During this time, the host left the area without ensuring that all travelers were accounted for. While the tour guide conducted headcounts and provided reassurance, I did not feel the same level of attentiveness or security from the host.Overall, the trip itself was beautifully organized, and the destinations, accommodations, and activities were exceptional. With improved attentiveness and professionalism from the host, this experience could have been truly flawless.

Warning!! Stay away from Travel Divas website!! This company is very unprofessional and overpriced, CEO doesn't respond to any calls. I have called and left messages with no response. I booked a trip with them without doing my research, because it was a black owned company and had a payment plan. I have asked to reschedule my trip due to a bad accident, and I'm unable to walk because both of my ankles got broken.They have no communication with me, only want to keep my money. If I would have done my research I probably would have NEVER booked with them. I will post daily to advise potential clients never to book with your company.

Two year ago, when I traveled to Morocco with The Travel Divas, I would have rated them 5-stars. However, I just returned (June 2024) from my second and final trip with the Travel Divas and I have never felt more unsafe in my life (due to various events that transpired on this trip, just go to my TIKTOK for more info: KC Travel Gal). The company I entrusted my life with seems to have a CEO that only cares about making money off of black women willing to spend top dollars on luxurious vacations!!!!!!! Also, unbeknownst to us, we would have to spend 10.5hrs driving on pothole filled dusty roads with no air conditioner inside our jeeps to travel from Kenya to Tanzania. We also were NOT allowed to stop for a restroom break until around 7hrs into the drive because the drivers told us that the roads were NOT safe and they had a designated spot to stop. Now, as a female, you all understand how our monthly cycle works, and I was on day two of my cycle when I was continually told that is was NOT SAFE to stop for a restroom break (talk about being embarrassed). The group of ladies on this trip brought up our daily concerns with the trip hosts and they informed us that all information was being relayed to their CEO. Upon our return to America, the CEO spoke with us in a Zoom meeting, assured us that she wants to “make us whole”. However, she is now no longer responding to me (I cant say “us” because apparently some travelers from our group have already been “made whole”). I have given the CEO of The Travel Divas an entire month to “make me whole”, but I strongly feel that she truly does not care about us and our atrocious experience….which is what led me to write this review. So if you choose to book with The Travel Divas, then proceed with caution. I had a GREAT time in Morocco, but my most recent Kenya/Tanzania trip has made me feel like the CEO only cares about her money and not the safety of her clients that choose to spend their hard earned money with this company.
