tripadvisorMy wife and I stayed here for a little over a month while our house was getting renovated. The hotel is in a great safe location close to restaurants and shopping. It had very good breakfast. The staff there were great. They made us feel very welcome like family. Here are some of the staff that went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Cassandra, Lance, Shelly, Brian, Jai, and Deborah. Thank you all for being so kind, friendly and always having a smile. We really appreciate you all.

MoreDisappointing. When checking in despite being a diamond member and profile stating room away from lift, that was the room allocated! That or the one next to the ice machine ( the two worst rooms for noise in the hotel). Disgusting 100% polyester sheets . The air conditioning unit was shocking. Huge industrial noisy machine making it impossible to sleep. Maid service every two days but they couldn’t even be bothered to change the sheets or make the bed up properly. Pretty annoying at breakfast one day as there was a works meeting/ conference taking place in the breakfast room. Not really on in a public space discussing business in a large organised group when hotel guests are trying to have a quiet breakfast.
MoreWould give it a five but breakfast ends at 9:00. Wish it was open until 10:00 for the coffee.Already prepaaired items without labels telling what each thing is. It all looked alike. One was a 2x3 breaded and fried white cheese, another was a 3 inch half moon of scrambled eggs. Don’t expect a normal choice of breakfast items.

Only drawback was that it was hard to find the first timeThey need to give better directions. They had wonderful fruit bowls in lobby.
