Scheduled a hunt had to back out due to a family emergency. Was promised a refund and here we are a year later and the owner has stopped taking my calls and answering my emails. They got 1500 dollars of my money and I got only lies.

Some of the staff members were a little unfriendly but our guide, Dylan Hollywood made the experience great for our group. Great lodge and fun hunting. Plenty of bigger hogs for those trophy hunting.

Pros: Nice clean lodge facility. Cons: When I arrived one morning, it was obvious Matt (the manager) thought of me as an intrusion into his life. He took me out to a blind and quickly left; the blind was absolute filth. The blind was so dirty inside when you moved clouds of dust filled the air. The chairs were wore out, some were broke and the broken ones piled in the back of the blind. After the morning hunt. they said we could do spot and stalk; great except there was one guide for 5 hunters. Three of us stood around for a few hours waiting for the guide to return. The sole guide appeared to be pressured by the manager to stop helping us and go remove tree stumps; the manager should have come and helped the sole guide and the hunters that paid a lot of money. I shot a hog and the guide did the bare minimum of removing good meat from the hog; I got very little good meat. I think mainly because the manager was pressuring the guide. I could write much more but suffice to say I am sorry I went there. I am not especially picky but I want to warn others what to expect. This is a very poorly managed operation. I will never return; don't waste your money.

Went with my brother, nephew and his son (11). Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms and beds. A communal kitchen allows guests to mingle with each other, which allows us to meet some great people. We will definitely do it again

Guides were pushy to get the hunts over and catered more to the local hunters. Feeders were broke, the lodge is nice.
