The hotel itself was clean along with the room. However, the shower curtain was not waterproof, which caused the bathroom to flood when my partner showered. Maintenance was unable to find a waterproof shower curtain on the premises, but installed and additional shower curtain per my suggestion and served to knock the water back down into the tub before ending up on the floor. Also, the pictures of this place do not show how dated it is, both the hotel as well as the rooms. The HVAC in the room was tricky and didn't feel accurate but that was a minor hurdle to overcome once we figured out how far off the thermostat was from reality. There is also no spa/hot tub, even though the listing I saw initially said that there was. Parking for $20/night in the parking garage also seemed a bit nickel-dimey considering the DTC was a ghost town the 3 days we stayed.

Be sure that you are on the Hyatt site when you reserve your room. Stay away from Priceline, it gouged me. The front desk folks were helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect. We love the atmosphere. There is an excellent exercise room. Unfortunately several underage kids invaded it while I was working out.

Very outdated!! Spend some money Hyatt! Embarrassing! Stay somewhere else that was built at an earlier date... that way you will get what you pay for!

I have been staying here for five consecutive years while attending an annual event in Denver, and I absolutely love it! Check-in is consistently quick and welcoming, and the restaurant serves delicious food every time.
