Much less busy than the Pigeon Forge location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The attitude of the staff alone was enough to make me want to go back and buy more boots from here. Everyone in my party ended up finding a pair of boots too so we were able to split the but one get two free deal between the three of us! There were so many styles to choose from in both narrow and wide sizes. We all had a great time picking out some boots!

No catch, lots of boots to choose from, and awesome staff. We were helped by Harley (I believe that was his name). He was so helpful and went out of his way to help us find the perfect boots.

First of all staff was not very helpful. I really only wanted to purchase one pair but it is buy one get two free. I wear a wide and it was very difficult to find the wide selection. Staff was standing in the middle of the store and conversing instead of helping the customers. Don’t expect help if you have questions.

This always makes you wonder what is the catch? We walked in, they greeted us. We browsed and someone offered help, we asked about the buy one get two free. He explained. It's literally, pay the highest price, get the other two free. We left with 3 pair of $300 boots & each pair cost us $99 +tax. We won't need boots for a while, but we will definitely stop in here and take a look!

Wow!! This was such a pleasant surprise! Can’t miss their sign from the streets and we passed it a couple times. Finally decided to stop in to see how authentic these boots were and honestly their inventory blew me away! David helped me and my family of 5 all find the perfect boots. And yes, BUY ONE PAIR, GET TWO FREE! No catch. These are high-quality boots with high-quality customer service. David never made us feel pressured to buy anything but was so great helping us with fit, activity purpose boots and was so pleasant to chat with. We are ALL so so happy with our boot purchases.
