I am a Washington State Licensed home inspector, license #341. I have been working as a home inspector since 2003. When you hire me I will perform a detailed inspection of all of the systems and components in your home and provide a detailed written report to you of any problems. I provide very detailed descriptions without any contractor jargon along with digital photographs and recommendations for how to correct the problem. I am also licensed as a structural pest inspector, which not all home inspectors are, this give me the ability to inspect for termites, carpenter ants, wood boring beetles and other wood destroying organism. I perform inspection between Everett and Tacoma but will go farther depending on the situation. I inspect, condominium units, mobile homes, townhouses, houses, and multifamily housing. I also perform new construction inspections.
