I am a licensed mental health counselor who believes that real transformation and growth happens in nature and not in the office. I started this program with the intention of offering multiple offerings for individuals and groups. My passion led me to create different way to help you transform your life and help you overcome obstacles. I offer a variety of programming to include traditional eco-therapy sessions and day-long mindfulness walks to non-traditional intensive family and wilderness quests.
