I was in town for my husband's high school reunion and broke the chain on my necklace. I went to Walters and Hogsett so see if it could be repaired or if I needed to buy a new one. The woman that waited on me said that they might be able to fix it while I waited and went to find out. Came back and said they could solder it and would take about 10 minutes. Perfect!! I browsed while I waited, and they have beautiful jewelry; some unusual pieces that you probably wouldn't find anywhere else. 10 minutes later, my necklace was repaired and they even cleaned it. Amazing customer service and the staff I dealt with were professional and so nice. I highly recommend this jewelry store!
