Asia was a great guide. Very informative. Tour included myself, husband, and out 2 children (ages 23, 26).

Do not do business with this company. I paid online, received my confirmation and showed up to the meeting point. Staff at the visitors center confirmed that we were in the correct meeting location. The guide never showed, repeated calls and e-mails went unanswered. It wasted precious vacation time and we still have not been refunded our money.

The walk sounded great, I arrived at the designated meeting point five minutes before the tour, there was another group of six people also waiting. We waited until 10 minutes after the start time but our tour guide never came. I have sent three emails to Echoes of Nashville requesting a refund, but have not yet received any response.

The guide never showed up! After several calls to the answering machine we gave up and left. I also sent an email which was returned as undeliverable. I never heard from them. The website looked very legitimate but after reading the other reviews on Tripadvisor (should have done this before I booked!) I'm sure this is some sort of scam. I've disputed the charge on my credit card so and hopefully I will be refunded. I'm also planning to report this to whoever regulates this, perhaps Nashville BBB. I hope Tripadvisor will also warn people so it doesn't happen to others.

We had a HS tour cancelled at the last minute before . school trip and they still owe us our money back and have ignored my emails. I left a message and I am still waiting to hear back from them.
