Came here to visit a Chinatown, not as big as others around the world. But it has amazing restaurants and a grocery market too, still recommend even if it is just for eating out.

Not too much to see in China town. For sure the main feature is the gateway. It is large and ornate and seems to indicate there is more to see inside, but there isn’t really. There are a few shops and restaurants, a park which feels slightly dangerous and not much else. Not somewhere I would hang around in

We came here looking around for a bakery and possible options for dinner. It is an older Chinatown but does offer a variety of options for eating and shopping. Nothing to really see Chinatown itself but more so more choices for Asian food.

We came early evening and could not get out fast enough. No atmosphere. Grabbed and tea and a pic and were ready to leave. Definitely not touristy, and felt the least safe here in all of seattle. There was public transport nearby, so maybe should have chosen that route instead of walking back to hotel by convention center. Not worth our time.

This was a pleasant experience but not outstanding. The area was easy to access and and roughly a mile or so from Pike's market and free to access. Arriving late morning the markets were beginning to open and the restaurants were mostly open. There were not any farmers markets as seen in other cities. The atmosphere in the stores was somewhat cold, which was likely cultural. During the 2-hour visit it was a pleasant experience seeing the signs in English and Chinese.
