I’m a little bit of a hotel snob so I had low expectations, but I couldn’t pass up $100/night less than the Hampton Inn. I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s a little shabby (they were working on updates during my stay) but my room was squeaky clean and the bed was awesome. This chronic insomniac slept like a log all three nights I was there. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I had anything I needed. The breakfast was sparse but I didn’t leave hungry. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. You can’t beat this place for the money! I’ll definitely book here next time I’m in Boulder.

This small neighborhood inn is at first glance a studio apt conversion. The room and bath were simple, spotless and more than adequate for our 3 night stay.Closet, dresser and refrigerator made this a livable space for a longer stay. Our bed was very comfortable and linens were of good quality. Towels need an upgrade, however. Breakfast offerings such as cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, juice and coffee were a nice touch. The grounds are by a pond and folks seemed to enjoy the patio and gazebo space.

100% perfect lodging experience. Kind and family oriented. Service top level.Stayed for a month and it felt like home away from home. Perfect location as in a private suburban neighborhood with a beautiful walking path however within a few miles to Boulder.

This hotel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood which seemed odd but created a very quiet environment with plenty of parking. Front desk staff was very personable and helpful. Room was nothing fancy......large in size but the bathroom was tiny (think knees almost touching sink when sitting on the throne). Our room was a connecting room with another (door closed as we didn't know other party) but we could hear EVERYTHING going on in their room (hope they clear up that nasty cough). Breakfast was nothing exciting (all cold items) but space was clean. If you are looking for a clean room to transition from Denver to points north RMNP, it does the job. If I received a favorable price (we booked through travel portal for discount we had on credit) I would stay there again but if looking for multiple night stay in Boulder for sightseeing, I'd probably pick something closer in town.

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and drove to different attractions like Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National park etc. everyday. From location standpoint, I felt that this is a great location. Very quiet neighborhood area away from all traffic. So it is peaceful. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious and had lots of amenities including a couch, safe, fridge, microwave etc. Bed was very comfortable. They had both regular power outlets and USB ports near the bed which was very convenient when you had to charge so many things at night. Hotel had hot tub as well that you can use. They serve a simple breakfast. No hot food except boiled eggs but they have cereal, bread, muffins, coffee, Orange juice, fruits etc. just a very simple breakfast but fills you in the morning. There are restaurants within 20 min drive. We both enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
