Robert's Pizza and Dough Company is one such restaurant that is truly difficult to escape once you’ve had their pizzas. Established by the highly reputed former Washington D.C. executive chef Tony Conte, the restaurant is a nod to his childhood memories of having great Neapolitan pizzas. Using the traditional method of cooking, adding his personal experiences of observing his father’s and grandfather’s cooking, and also adding a slight modern twist, the pizzas of this restaurant cannot be created elsewhere. The menu is always seasonal, and highly depends on the availability of local ingredients. With a custom-made wood-burning oven, the pizza that is baked.
