Excellent service and experience throughout, though I was disappointed that we received a queen room despite booking a king room and checking in online ahead of time to ensure our booking would not be changed.

Such a great hotel! Everyone that worked there was so kind. The rooms were super clean. The whole vibe was great. I would stay here over and over!

I reserved a Buffalo Studio Suite with the private patio, an 'upgraded' room, for two nights for our family of four. Front desk reception was welcoming and pleasant. However, the next 24hr was all downhill. We walked into our room, 330, through soaked corridor carpet. I reported this to the front desk and at 9:30p water extraction began right outside our door. The bathroom mirror is broken. The floating floors were separating and buckling in spots. The room is generally tired with flaking paint on; the walls, pressboard wood doors, cabinetry and the failing wood windows. From arrival to the following morning, the outside temps were below 45 degrees however, the room was only increasing in temp. We had to run the AC to maintain 72 in the room. The AC would blast on roughly every 30mins, sounding like a freight train. There was not a low fan setting on this thermostat. I gave up trying to sleep at 2:30a. At 3a the TV turned itself on and then back off. At 5a I again went to the front desk to share my frustration. The front desk support at 5a is a joke. At 7:45a the neighboring door began to slam repeatedly with loud chatter in the hall. I went out to find the neighboring door is housekeeping. The housekeeping staff looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them to quiet down as my kids were trying to sleep. From 8 to 10a I worked with the new front desk staff to relocate to a functional standard room at a reduced rate (that was not honored on my final billing)...hardly how I wanted to spend my sleepless vacation time. Additionally, my reservation lists a parking fee at $25/night but I was charged $30/night when I was told the parking fee would be removed from my charges in consideration for our issues. I'm a Lifetime Platinum Marriott member. This is the worst room I've been in 10+ years...and it was the 'upgraded' room. The Boulder Marriot is no where near the standard of a Marriott. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel in Boulder.

This Marriott location is fabulous. We’ve come for birthdays and our anniversary and they always go above and beyond to make it special. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff is always very welcoming and friendly.

Loved it! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The amenities were above what I expected. There is a beautiful open space lobby area for gathering and a top notch bar for relaxing after a long day or work or hiking. Even an outdoor patio overlooking the mountains. The location is super convenient - walking distance to Pearl street and the Univ. of Co.. There is an indoor pool and the gym has great workout machines and even includes dumbbells! Terrific experience all around! Two thumbs up!!
