The owners are not the people that they keep showing where the blond lady is sitting on a man's lap in a barn like setting. The owners are Kim and Dr. Smith. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL PEOPLE ON THEIR EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS. They are money hungry and their way of getting you to buy more is by telling you how bad your skin is and how you need to get on a skin regimen. I am already on a regimen by my dermatologist. The last time I received Dysport it didn't last me more than 2 months. The first time it lasted me 5 months! Dr. Smith said that other doctor's are watering down their Botox or Dysport, but I believe the only reason he thinks that is because he water's it down. I have on numerous occasions dealt with rude people there, especially Kim. I don't care that they mishandle HSA cards and use them for people to pay for their botox, I deserve better treatment and to not be given watered down Dysport that doesn't last and then be talked out of getting a touch-up. This place is so unprofessional and dishonest. You deserve better!

When visiting Waco, this medical spa is a must!! Make a day of it! Massages, facials, IV Therapy and all the Skinceutical products to keep your face healthy, clean and glowing! Dr. Smith and all of the staff will take great care of any and needs and concerns! Consultations are always very thorough and transparent. Reasonable pricing. 5 star service!

On 8/19 I visited Skin and Body Refinery in Waco, TX. I had a consultation for several services and was proceeded to schedule all the services and paid for all the appointments in advance (by my own choosing) totaling $3081.00 Juvashape 5 appts at $189/ea = 945 (2 appt left = $378.00 due back) Pixel 3 appts at $445.33/ea = 1336 (2 appt left = $890.67 due back) Agnes Laser – neck treatment $1050 (1 appt left = $1050.00 due back) Total refund requested: ac$2318.67 I proceeded to the appointments as planned but began to feel that I was not getting the results promised. So, after my appointment on 10/21 my husband and I asked to speak with Dr. Smith privately regarding my treatment progress. We were told that he was with another patient and so we waited and waited. Then, he came out of the back office and immediately told us that he couldn’t talk and we would have to schedule a time to come see him. We left and then called that same evening to schedule an appointment. He was not willing to speak with us regarding our concerns and quickly hung up on us as we attempted to schedule a time to meet. I called back the next day and left a message for Dr. Smith to contact me. He called back I politely told him that we simply weren’t seeing results and just wanted to cancel the remaining appts and be refunded. He said, “if you’re sure that’s what you want. I will look at the ledger. How did you pay? I will get it back to you.” We ended cordially. Two days later I called back and was told that he was out of the office. I told her that I had already spoken with Dr. Smith and just wanted to check the status of my refund. I got a call back within the hour from her stating that Dr. Smith said, “I will be hearing from his lawyer.” Never in my adult life have I experienced such unprofessionalism from a man with the title doctor. I’m very disappointed that he took my money for unpaid appointments and has the audacity to keep it as I watch my text messages roll in stating each appointment has been canceled. I am not asking for my money back on services that I was not pleased with, simply services that have not been rendered. I hope Wells Fargo will live up to their name and protect my interests in this matter.

Amazing massages! Dr. Smith and his whole staff were so nice and attentive and wonderful! We had massages, IV drips and 2 of us had facial peels! I definitely would go back!
