Find us at Carmel History Museum. XchocolArt was born in 2011 to bring European flair of luxury confectionery to the Midwest. Our professionally trained chocolatier, Joann Hofer is inspired by locally sourced ingredients along with the science of chocolate making. She carefully sources for chocolate to be ethical and sustainable. She has one several awards from the Academy of Chocolate in London and the Taste TV Awards in San Francisco. She continually takes professional chocolate courses abroad, mostly in the summer. Find her creations at the Carmel farmers market and the Broadripple farmers market on Saturday mornings.
