My husband and I traveled from Scotland and had wanted to do this for such a long time. It was so much fun! The staff were so helpful and made the experience really enjoyable, my 3 children also thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We chose the Gunslingers and Belles package, my middle daughter chose to be a gunslinger and looked so cool! I would recommend this experience to everyone

We were visiting from New York on a family vacation and decided to do the old-fashioned photos at Old Town Portrait Gallery. We went with the pirate theme, and it ended up being such a fun experience for all of us!The owner was there during our visit and actually dressed us herself. She was super nice and chill, and I really enjoyed letting her put the looks together. I had seen some reviews from people who were disappointed that they couldn’t choose their own costumes or felt that the experience was rushed, but I think it’s important to go into this knowing that you have to trust the process!Honestly, not knowing exactly what we were going to wear was probably my favorite part. Once we picked our theme, I thought it was exciting to let them do their thing and wait to see how everything came together. There was a little surprise to it, and she did a great job dressing us and I loved it. The costumes and sets were awesome, there were plenty of props to complete the look, and the workers were kind and knowledgeable about posing us and getting the shots. I found this super helpful because sometimes posing is awkward… The final photos came out great! We got exactly the old fashioned look we were hoping for and walked away with such a cool memory from our family vacation.My advice if you’re thinking about doing it is to choose the theme you want and then let them work their magic. Don’t get too caught up in choosing every part of the outfit, the surprise of seeing the finished look was part of what made the experience so much fun for us.Overall, 5 out of 5! We all loved it and are really happy we decided to do it.

WOW - staff so friendly here! Very clean and organized, spacious. They helped us getting dressed and it was no issues at all. Prices are great! Our pictures are so good!

Avoid avoid avoid We drove along way to come to this place as my partner and I had this done with our parents when we were young so we really wanted to recreate the memory with our own children.We arrived only had to wait 5 minutes before we were seen. We were really rushed in the dressing room. I got given a dress that I said no to as you could see all the boning from the hoop through my dress. I asked if I could swap the dress and they said NO that it would look fine in the photos. I said fine ok When the photos were developed you could see the boning like I said. But they don’t want to listen to the customer. All they wanted was people in and out so they could grab as much money as they could I asked politely if we could quickly do the shoot again as it took probably 5-10 min max and once again I was told no. I wouldn’t recommend this place. if you can find another, go to that no this one. Really disappointed specially that I came all the way from England to have this done and a $40 cab each way from our hotel. I did explain this and they still would not help. Very rude and just shrugged their shoulders at me.

I love this place. This is the 3rd time that I have gone to get my pictures taken. The staff were friendly and funny. I loved the fact that they pick out the costumes to fit the with the scene or background. It does get busy but if you go when they first open up or before 2 or 3 it's not that busy.
