This is an OK hotel in a business park. Rooms are kind of small and need updating. It was OK for my business trip but would not be a very good place for my family. There is a large lobby and a very nice courtyard. The rumors mostly comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Not the not the cleanest place found some hair on the sheets of my bed.

Lifetime Gold. Worst experience of any Courtyard. Cancelled my reservation while at the desk and then rebooked me at a 30% higher rate without telling me. I only found out after I checked out and reviewed my folio 2 days later. Never again

When I arrived on Wednesday the room looked nice enough... After settling in I started sneezing. I took extra allergy meds and slept fitfully and awoke congested and tired. Through out Thursday on campus and around town I was fine. When I returned to the room I started sneezing. I hypothesized maybe it was it was the AC so I tried opening the screen door and turning off the AC. Itchy eyes and runny nose were present throughout. Awoke tired and again was fine soon after leaving the room. On the 3rd night my body reacted immediately upon entering the room, I blew my nose dozens if not hundreds of times, finishing the kleenex box and moving on to the second roll of toilet paper. I only slept for a couple hours. In the middle of the night I began searching reviews of the courtyard Mariot and found a thread complaining about allergies to the down pillows so I put them in the closet and requested some non down pillows from reception. The reception laughed saying everyone hates the down pillows so there likely wouldn't be any non-down pillows available. I plugged my nose with toilet paper double dosed on allergy meds and went to sleep for another fitfull couple of hours. Exhausted and late for my seminar I exasperatedly pleaded with the MOD/reception to clean my room and replace my pillows with non-down ones. They did. That night I finally had decent sleep.I am allergic to dust, mold and pollens. I thought perhaps it was. something environmental outside of the hotel at first. I was wrong. Whatever was making me miserable was in the room.I have down pillows and a down comforter at home which are fine so I don't know that the pillow replacement helped. I'm not sure what they did to clean the room for my last night. Perhaps it was the AC filter, dusty sheets? I don't know, but whatever it was helped tremendously which begs the question, why did I pay $250 per night for a nice Marriott branded hotel only to be inundated with optional allergens??? This is by far the worst stay I've ever had at a Hotel and seriously detracted from my ability to enjoy and participate in the symposium I spent several thousand dollars to attend. I was offered nothing in compensation for my atrociously sub par stay, other than a lackluster apology, and assurance they would admonish their cleaning staff. What a joke. I chose Marriott because I've had good experiences at their properties abroad. This experience will forever taint my perception of the chain, and I will avoid it in the future if no remedy is offered.

Stayed 2 nights which were very enjoyable. Our room faced the courtyard, which had a pleasant view. The room was very quiet even though we were right next to the elevator. The pool was nice and in a large atrium. The workout room was also large, but there were some problems. There are 4 treadmills, but one doesn’t work. The other 2 time out after 20 minutes and force you into a cool down. I was very strange. I hope this issue is fixed for future guests. Overall, a very enjoyable visit.

We wanted to try a new hotel a little closer to the stuff in town, but I don’t think we will use this one again. Loved staying at Courtyard hotels for many years. However, the change to the more modern menu has improved bar options, but made the food incredibly expensive. Beds were too firm, side sleepers be aware. AC units are cold but LOUD. Biggest problem is that you are not walking distance to anything. Great nightly rate, but you are giving up some convenience having to get in the car for everything
