Founded in 1983, Blackjack Pizza is a chain of pizza restaurants. Located in Longmont, Colo., the restaurant offers a variety of pizzas, such as Good Deal, Full House, Mediterranean Chicken, Jackpot, Santa Fe and Western barbecue Chicken, among others. In addition, it provides various toppings, including pepperoni, ground beef, chicken, red onions, black olives, green peppers and mozzarella, to name a few. In 1988, Blackjack Pizza officially became a franchisor using the concept of an owner/operator franchisee at each store location. It operates more than 45 stores in approximately four states.
