Should of listened to previous reviews. This place is a joke. They dont bring what you ask for and in one instance dont bring ANY cart

Beware! This place is horrible. The owner is pretentious and doesn't care if they make a mistake. They messed up my reservations and the answer I received was there's nothing that we can do about it. They never answer their phones and when you do get someone they have a nasty attitude. It's so sad that this type of bad service is tolerated in such a beautiful place like Naples. Do your research and use another company!

I have rented with Woody for two consecutive years and planning to do so again this December. He is very helpful and delivery and pick up were a snap. I usually get a scooter and a golf cart. Five star all the way!!

It is awesome great way to get around the local area friendly and Professional Service with the beach Bugz Associates I'm not sure I would recommend this to anyone who comes to Naples

I’m not usually one to complain about poor business, and this is my first review on Trip Advisor, but other people need to know how bad their service is. My girlfriend and I were looking to rent a Vespa in the Naples area and discovered that Beach Bugz was the only option for this area. We decided to call around noon on a Friday to see if we could rent a few scooters for that day and no one answered the phone, even though on their website it states their hours as M-F 9-5. We waited another hour to call again, thinking they were possibly on lunch break, but again no one answered. After trying to reach them for 3+ hours, someone finally answered. They said they were making deliveries and weren’t in the shop, even though there was not a note on their door stating that. They asked if we could reschedule and luckily for them we were able to for that Sunday at 11. When we arrive on Sunday, no one is at the shop and they were not answering the phone. We tried reaching them for an hour and no one answered again. Finally they call back and blamed the “bad” weather for why they weren’t there and wanted us to come back at 1, even though it only rained a little that morning and was sunny when they called. We come back at 1 and no one was there yet again. We waited for a half hour until someone finally arrived. It was a very poor experience with Beach Bugz, which is unfortunate since they’re the only Vespa renter in Naples. If I was going to do it again, I would drive to Fort Myers or Marco just to avoid doing business with them.
