Generally, I would say that I had a good stay with a few issues. The room was large and mostly fine. The bed was very comfortable and there was an additional blanket (for the sleep sofa) if you are cold. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, standard dishware and flatware for four people, cooking utensils including a knife, strainers, spatula, corkscrew, and a can opener, and some large bowls. A countertop hotplate and pans were available on request (I did not request). The bathroom was on the smaller side but serviceable - no tub. You could separate sleeping areas (king bed and sleep sofa) with a curtain. The closet also had a curtain but no doors. There were the standard hotel items; TV, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, etc. However, I did not have a safe in my room, which was a bit disappointing. There was some noise from neighbors but it wasn't that bad, sort of dull talking like Charlie Brown's teacher. However, there was a loud sound. At first I thought it was a plane lingering on the tarmac from the nearby airport, but nope. It was the air conditioner. It was extremely loud. Fortunately, it only sounded like a jet engine for about 30 minutes before it shut off, but that happened several times while there. As for the airport itself, it is nearby and there were only a couple of times that I could actually hear the planes, so it was never bothersome. There is an outdoor pool that looked nice and inviting. I didn't try and I never saw anyone there. The outdoor patio area with firepit was very popular at night and there were groups of people hanging out each night I was there. The breakfast was good and a lot better than I expected. It wasn't true buffet but it was self-serve. They had cereal with toppings, toast, muffins, and bagels, a couple of meats (alternate by day - bacon, ham, sausage, etc.), prepared mini-omelets with veggies and cheese, prepared plain eggs, a potato (varies by day), fruit, juices, teas, and coffees. There was also a coffee station in the room, although I wouldn't recommend using it when there is drinkable coffee downstairs. The shop/market in the lobby had drinks, snacks, and some prepared meals. I thought it reasonably priced for a hotel - I got an alcoholic drink that was less than $8 when I expected it to be over $10. My biggest complaint was that housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:15 AM. I had requested a late check out which was denied. That is fine since late check out is dependent on availability (I have status for guaranteed late check out when available), but the hotel hardly seemed full and the parking lot was never anywhere near busy so I think it might have been a staffing issue. My issue was more that after being denied late check out and then having the cleaning team knock nearly three hours before the 11 AM check out, I was just put off and grumpy. Staff were all friendly though, particularly the kitchen/breakfast team. In the area, there are several restaurants in walking distance to the hotel - across the parking lot/street there were fast options like Potbelly, Jimmy Johns, Smoothie King and a bakery and full-service sit down restaurants and many more restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There was a Whole Foods down the street that we walked to as well.

As a Lifetime Diamond Member I have stayed at too many Hilton Properties to mention...This hotel is one of the cleanest and well maintained properties that I have ever stayed at. The outdoor pool was awesome as well. When in the Addison Texas area, this Hilton property is the one for you...!!!

When we walked in to the hotel and went to the check in desk, the woman behind the desk was very welcoming and friendly. Our king bed room was spacious. It had a full size fridge, microwave and sink. We had to turn the fridge on at first. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side. It had a shower with glass doors. It had shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but no shower gel. We had to use the little bars of soap. There was also a big bottle of lotion in the bathroom too. The scent was a bit strong for me. There were a lot of surfaces to put your items if needed. There was a small open closet area with an iron and ironing table as well. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The towels were also replaced daily. There is breakfast included with your stay. They had a variety of items that should satisfy everyone who wants to grab something before they head out for the day: eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, breads, fruit, yogurt with optional toppings, waffles, etc. Not every item is served every day. The hotel is in location with several restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants were all different types of cuisine: American, Italian, BBQ, Asian, etc. The price range of the restaurants varied too. I would stay here again. My one complaint is that the refrigerator was a bit too loud for my liking. One note: there is a small airport nearby and you will hear some planes flying by, but I wasn't there during the day and they seemed to stop by a decent time in the evenings.

I struggled giving this a five because for some reason my brain fells like 5 star hotel reviews should be fancy, but when I thought about it there was nothing I could fault during my stay so a 5 they deserve!! When we arrived for a two week stay there was a goodie bag in our room. Such a nice touch. The staff was very helpful with the ladies who took care of the breakfast set up being our very favorites. There is a clean laundry area, a gym, a pool - all that you would need for a long stay. The room was clean and serviced daily. The small kitchenette was well stocked even with a dish washer. Tons of places to eat around the hotel, however, the area isn’t very walkable so we usually took the car. Included breakfast always set us up for a good day. There were a number of people who were here for a long stay and all were friendly, you could easily make buddies by hanging at the pool. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

As a 25 year business traveler this property is one of the most accommodating I’ve experienced. All levels of the staff are polite and helpful. This has become our “home away from home” with over 150 nights in 2024. Added bonus : cold AC, comfortable beds, walking distance to about anything you could want, fireplace, outdoor cooking appliances.
