I have 20 years of experience with laptop and desktop repairs. I DON'T sell parts. Most of my customers are repeat customers and referrals. I DON'T work on tablets or phones. I DON'T go to people's homes. SOME of the work I do: 1) Replace broken power jacks. 2) Determine hard drive health. 3) Install a larger hard drive and transfer your files. 4) Clean system and enhance performance. 5) Replace broken screens. 6) Re-install windows. 7) Back-up personal files. 8) Virus removal. 9) Password removal 10) Upgrade to Solid State drive 11) I've been know to come up with some fixes that are not so common when going to a computer shop.
