We rented 3 bikes and it all worked well. Bikes were delivered to our rental and waiting for us when we arrived. One of the bikes developed a mechanical problem, but Bill came over early the next day and switched the bike so we were able to carry on as planned.

Amazing, easy and affordable bike rental. I called at about 9am and we had four bikes by noon. Fast, courteous service and the bikes were a welcome addition to our Fort Myers Beach vacation. With Estero Blvd constantly congested with traffic, the bikes were safe, in great shape and came in super handy for getting around. Free drop off and pick up. Couldn't be easier. Their customer service is amazing. The first bike that was delivered was too big for me. I’m only 5’1. After a crash I called them and told them my issue. The next morning they delivered a smaller bike and switched the kid wagon. Our condo also had their bikes available for rent. Those were in good shape too. I would rent from here again. The only negative thing I can say is I wish there were hand brakes. My daughter (10) is used to hand brakes and this was a bit of an issue for her. I hadn’t ridden a bike in 30 years so it would have been better for me, too. If you factor in price and customer service this company is an excellent choice.

Would definitely recommend this rental company. All of their equipment is in very good condition. We reserved our bikes and kayaks and Bill and staff had everything ready to go as promised. It was nice to finally find a place that cares about customers. Great rates as well.
