We've used Ridell's service a few years ago for a group of ten and we super happy with them. So when we booked a cruise for our family I contacted him again to pick us up at our hotel in Tampa to take us to the pier. Courtney was super polite, had the requested booster seat for my 4 year old grandson and on time. She was able to get me to the curb for drop off since I broke my leg the Wednesday before we boarded and was back to the pier when we got off the Brilliance of the Seas to take all 6 of us back to the airport. The communication is excellent between the driver and the guest as a phone call keeps you update with expected arrival. The hotel we were at kept trying us to get on the shuttle they normally use but we told them we already had arrangements made. They were still sitting at the hotel when we left saw two of the couples who were there later on board and they said they were sitting waiting to fill it before they left. They sat for over an hour after we were gone even though they were supposedly booked on a 9:30 shuttle. We will definitely use Ridell and Entourage again whenever we're in Tampa for tours with the group of ten or our family.

I just want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service we received from your employee. Our party of 10 was picked up on 11/11 at the Comfort Suites Tampa Airport North on West Waters Ave at 9:15 am and taken to the Port for our cruise. The driver was so polite and friendly that we asked if he would pick us up when we returned on Saturday, 11/17. He told us to call when we disembarked and he would do that. We were scheduled to disembark between 10-10:30 am, so we called and asked for the pick up at 10:30. At 10:20, the driver called to say he was there. Unfortunately, due to delays at Customs, we did not get off the ship until after 11:30!! During that time, the driver communicated with us regularly and was so kind to wait for us!! I can not tell you how very THANKFUL we were for his kindness!! And then, when he dropped us off at the airport, I left my bag on the bus and he came running after me to give it to me. What a blessing that was!! Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, but here is his picture! I hope you will recognize him for his excellent service and again express our thanks! Booked a tour of Tampa with Ridell (not sure if spelling is correct) had an amazing time!! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very personable! We got to see museums, hotels and restaurants we had only read about!!! Ridell not only made us feel very comfortable he also opened our car doors for us! We would absolutely use them and recommend them for touring and or any other service they offered!

I will definitely use this company again the next time I visit Florida! One of my cousins recommended Ridell to show us around and we had a blast. He was on time, courteous, very helpful and personable and he's a funny dude too! Gave us some helpful hints and advice about the local restaurants and upcoming events and The vehicle was clean!! With me being OCD and all I didn't have one problem with it. I highly recommend this company the next time you're in Tampa Florida!!

Booked a tour with this company in early march with this company through Expedia. Showed up on time at set destination, but no one there.. Called their number, but no one answered... eventually got a text message saying prepaid tour was cancelled due to Easter holiday... why were we able to book in the first place... we wasted time and money on a very short vacation... will not book with this company or Expedia again...
