The bur driver called and said he was running 30 minutes late. 30 minutes later, Where are you? 25 miles away on the wrong side of town! this nearly ruined my daughter's prom. Parents had to drive kids to meet the bus so we didn't waste another hour and a half. The owner doesn't know the meaning of customer service either. He blamed the driver and still tried to charge the kids the full amount. If I didn't step in they kids would have been left without a ride and losing the deposit they made. The owner was rude and belligerent on the phone. The bus also looked beat up and not well maintained from the outside.

My sister's 18th birthday was in July. I wanted to make it special for her. We've been on party buses before and we always have a great time so I thought that booking a party bus to celebrate would be a good idea, I found Nirvana Limousine on a google search. I went to several different other companies to compare prices, but Nirvana had the lowest by far. I made an appointment to see the buses. The scheduling was really flexible and it was nice that I was able to call anytime of day, It was a bit last minute, but Dan was able to squeeze me in. We requested our group to be picked up from The Shops of Legacy. Walking in the bus, there was a glowing, musical, electric feeling that succumbs you. We were able to drink on the bus so we had a blast. The bus was clean, A/C was working great which is needed in TX in July. We had complimentary sodas and waters were awesome for chasers, too. I was charged exactly what I was told I was going to be charged. There was no extra charges that I've experienced with other companies. I am only going to be using Nirvana Limousine for my events in the future. I cannot thank them enough for helping my sister's birthday be magical. If I had to add something that could be improved, the paint on the buses would be awesome if it was black instead of white. But that's just me!

I reserved an 18 passenger party bus for my granddaughter's sweet 16 birthday party. The party was on Saturday and the limo service required a 4 hour minimum rental. I paid $100 deposit. The owner called me on the morning of the event and asked if I could give the driver cash as he was having trouble with his card machine. I of course agreed. I was at the venue decorating when the bus arrived at my daughter's home. She phoned to tell me that I needed to go look at it when it arrived. THE BUS WAS FILTY!!!! There was dirt and rust everywhere!!! Also, it was supposed to be equipped with sodas, water and ice. It had none of the above! I took several pictures and sent them to the owner. He actually said it didn't look dirty to him! He instructed his driver that if I didn't pay to leave us there! We had 18 teenage girls and would not have had any way of getting them back so I paid him. What you see on the website and what actually arrives at your home will be totally different! BEWARE!!!!!.
