What an awesome running tour guide. Kate is super friendly and so knowledgeable of Seattle history, architecture, and current events. We did the Pearl Jam 6 mile tour - no problems with scheduling. Kate was able to assess pace and kept the run comfortable with plenty of stops of pictures and laughs. My brother and I had a really terrific time on a perfect day for an easy run. If you enjoy jogging this is really one of the best ways to get to know the city - Kate is a terrific host.
