$7.90 PER ROOM PER NIGHT OF SURCHARGES THAT WERE UNDISCLOSED DURING THE RESERVATION OR CHECK-IN PROCESS. ($4.95 daily Room Service Free & $2.95 daily Safe fee) These charges were only fully disclosed on the receipt, but were included in the total charged to my credit card at time of check-in. We rented two rooms from Monday through Friday night. Pets are not allowed. The place was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the place had a good breakfast setup. One of our rooms had a refrigerator with a small freezer and the other one had a refrigerator without a freezer. One of our rooms had a child's toilet seat opening in addition to the normal adult one. Breakfast includes waffles, warm sausage and tator tots among the common fare that is available at many Choice family hotels. The elevator broke down during our visit but was fixed by the next morning. We have begun requesting the lowest available floors for all of our future hotel stays. The place is located at a very busy intersection, but one can take back streets a short distance to utilize a traffic light controlled intersection.

The published rate does not include hotel service fees and the cost of the safes that are in each room. In 2026, they charge an additional $8/day for those items. Buyer beware. Other hotels nearby may have better rates and nicer facilities than this Quality Inn. Also, the tax rate is 13%, so plan accordingly.

Based on previous positive experiences, I was very unhappy with a recent stay (6/21/25) I suspect completely new ownership or management and the level of service has declined considerably. My complaints:1) While I don't know the # of rooms, this is a large 3 story motel. During my stay I only saw one luggage cart, and when checking out, I waited 25 minutes for it to be returned -- finally made to several trips from my room to the car without one.2) The automatic front door opener would not function.3) My room A/C wouldn't keep the room as cool as I would like. I offered to change to a lesser room but was declined.4) In my opinion, the mattress was substandard and too soft.5) Not the highest quality bath towels.6) Lobby coffee pots were empty at 10:00 am and still so when I checked again at 10:25 am. Based on this recent experience, it's doubtful I will ever return.

Booked a room at the Quality Inn & Suites, Loveland Colorado, not knowing the hotel was a construction zone. The indoor pool and fitness center were unavailable. On Saturday, they started installing new carpet in the floor above at 8:00 am in the morning, so much for sleeping in before leaving. They should warn potential people on the website the hotel is under construction, this was unacceptable. Check-in 03/23/2025, Check-out 03/29/2025

This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at this Quality Inn. I love the friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Amanda (Employee of the Month : ) and Susan were so welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast is a super plus! This place has all the amenities: pool, work out room, fridges & microwaves in the room. The location is convenient and the prices are very reasonable. A big thank you staff at the Quality Inn!
