We just stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt House Denver/Lakewood at Belmar. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good. The room was quiet. The location was nice because there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking behind the building was free. There is a gym and a pool but we did not use them. There is also a guest laundry. I would definitely stay there again and I am very critical of hotels.

One of the best staff at a hotel we have ever had. The hotel was clean, efficient and we had no concerns during our stay. Andra, the general manager was excellent and can't say enough about her and it's obvious she has great leadership skills because the rest of the staff was wonderful. Lance, the desk manager was also great and such a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Great location as well.

The location is outstanding! Everything you need is either at the hotel or right next door at the various restaurants or shopping stores. The neighborhood is super clean and makes this a one stop shop for a hotel. Do yourself a favor and make this your choice. You won't regret it. My wife and I have stayed here for years and keep returning.
