I used this service from the airport in Phoenix to my hotel.The driver Tony was very professional and friendly.I would definitely use this service again

It really pains me to feel (100%) compelled to leave this review, but my husband, and his company, used to use Execucar right up through a few years ago and we, too, personally used them. My God has this company ever gone straight to H in a handbasket. The reason that I will not mention our driver's name from last (last!) prior trip, is because he went out on a limb for us by parking in an area where he could've gotten a ticket. Why did he feel compelled to do this?? Because he could not understand plain and simple instructions (due to an inability to understand English, apparently) that my husband gave him about where he should meet us at LAX. He was about 15 minutes late and there we were...the two us standing by the luggage claim with too much luggage for two people and only one cart to handle. We needed him...but we do appreciate the (desperate) risk that he took to get to us....by risking getting a ticket.THIS, however, is the problem:I told my husband that I pray that we don't get a driver (Morteza K.) that we got during our prior vacation before the one that we just got back from at the end of this past week. My husband said, Don't worry, chances are that we won't. Well, well...we were standing at the curbside at LAX waiting for the driver and my husband said, Oh, nooo. You won't believe this...it's Mr. Cologne again. (Prior trip: He had so much cologne on that I put on a mask and was trying to keep my nose out the window and had told my husband that I was feeling nauseated and a bit dizzy during our last trip with Morteza K.) I said, Oh, my God, no. You're sitting behind Morteza this time. As he pulled up in his vehicle, I started walking toward his vehicle as he was getting out of it. He walked around the back of it and with the SAME dead expression on his face that he had prior to getting out of the vehicle, he just glared and looked straight at me...No Hello, No How are you?, Did you have a nice trip?, No Good evening. Nothing! (very, very creepy). Additionally, when a slight breeze blew, as he was about 8 or 9 feet away from me and my husband, we could smell the absolute bellowing of his (terrible) cologne. When we got in the car, we immediately rolled down the windows -- the cologne scent was inconceivable, offensive, and nauseating. He barely understood any English that my husband was telling him. Instead of Morteza just taking my husband's word that he would let him (Morteza) know about an alternate route that he should take VERY CLOSE to our house (because the one guiding Morteza on his GPS was closed), Morteza whips out his phone on a curvy road, pitch black dark road with some street lights on it, and readjusts his GPS on his phone. Thank goodness that we did not swerve into the few cars that did pass us on this road late at night. Either he did NOT understand what my husband said to him that HE would give him a few instructions as we got closer to our house OR the driver couldn't be bothered by getting any instructions from a customer and arrogance overtook him.This company USED TO be so good for a good number of years...but about this past year or so...WHAT THE 'H' HAPPENED? Are you a male with a pulse?? Execucar will hire you as one of their drivers.NEVER again will use this company. Never.

I am always skeptical of car services, especially when they have a few reviews of individuals being stranded at the airport. However, I took a chance on Execucar and they did not disppoint. If you are from LA you know that LAX has made some major changes to Uber/Lyft pick ups, making it basically impossible to find a driver. In order to avoid this, I hired Execucar. They are a bit pricey, but still the cheapest quote I was given by far (and you can't put a price on peace of mind). On the day of arrival we were delayed about 30 minutes, and I arrived on the tarmac to a confirmation that my driver was waiting for me and clear instructions on where to go. We did have to walk over to the LAXit section for car pick ups, but everyone needs to do that these days. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived, packed us up, and we were on our way. Not only was it a very pleasant experience, but extremely stress-free (what more can you ask for). Will be taking Execucar from now on.

I put my 85 year old father on a plane from Boston to San Diego this morning. As always I am nervous he won't be able to navigate his way through the airports. Luckily for me his driver Slobodan was in San Diego waiting for him. He immediately called me to confirm he had found my father, followed up by a text once he had dropped him off. It was such a huge relief knowing everything went well. I appreciated it. My father quickly called me as well to tell me what an impressive service I had scheduled for him and he especially liked the driver. I will absolutely be using them again! FYI, the driver was Slobodan!

Our driver was early and his SUV was very clean and ran well. He was very friendly and genuinely seemed pleased to be driving us. Got us to airport in time. Highly recommend.
