Us group of 5 joined Scott’s walking tour during our stay in Portland, we got to learn about Portland’s relatively young history and the various famous people who helped build Portland’s fame. Educational and also great way to highlight pretty sights of the city! Thanks Scott for giving us such great stories and making history not as boring as I imagined it to be.

We were in town for the Memorial Day holiday weekend looking for interesting things to do. Our family always enjoys learning about the history and culture of the communities that we visit, so we opted for this tour and were not disappointed. Scott was informative, interesting and a great storyteller along the way. The tour covered many things about Portland that you wouldn't be able to learn on your own just by walking around. He also pointed out many sights and things to see that might not have even been noticed or understood without the tour. He was flexible with the schedule and very responsive when we had a timing issue. I highly recommend this tour. Thanks Scott for sharing your knowledge and for making our visit interesting.

Scott fitted us in to a tour at very short notice, which we really appreciated. It was a good tour with interesting stories on people and places in Portland. The stories covered a broad spectrum of time, characters and interests. The walking was easy, so suitable for most people. I would throughly this tour for anyone visiting Portland. I've lived in Portland my whole life and I've been on a few walking tours. Scott's tour was the most entertaining and informational tour of Portland I've ever done.
