Let's start with how expensive fort Collins is. Geeze! This motel cost me $85 (75 for the night and 10 for the dog). To be quite honest.. this place is more of a $30 a night room. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant to work with and the towels are soft. The building is definitely old and needs a lot of updating and fixing. The bathroom foor has a large hole and the bathtub faucet is falling apart. I guess it's just a place to sleep for a short though.
