We used them in the past and the chauffeur was top notch. The service was so good that not only did I book them again for my upcoming vacation, but we were actually considering adding them as a transportation provider for both of our South Florida offices. Unfortunately, my opinion changed rapidly this evening when I inquired about changing the credit card on my upcoming reservation. This time around they charged my card in full/in advance (last time payment was due at the time of service). They indicated that there would be a 5% fee to refund and charge my desired card. When I questioned the fee/disclosure, the response I received was Your reservation has been cancelled and you have been issued a full refund. We will not provide you transportation moving forward. Good luck. Based on my previous experience with them I was shocked. Think twice when considering this provider... there's tons and in the end I rebooked at a lower cost.

Car Service of South Florida is my new and forever car service..... I loved their reminders, I loved their e mails and texts..... Finding them at the airport was so easy. He found me!!! and my ride to my son's home was delightful.... the driver was professional as well as friendly.... we chatted and chatted.... It was such a delight! I used them from the airport to my son's home and then back to the airport.... they were on time and ready to rock and roll...... Best car service ever!!

This is the ride service to use! I used them recently for the first time and have been forgotten by other companies before so was nervous. Those jitters were a waste of time! They were right on time with a clean looking and smelling comfortable vehicle. Both drop off and pick up drivers were cordial and polite. I have nothing but positive things to say.
