On a recent trip to Denver, I exclusively used Red Rocks Limo for three different trips. The driver's were excellent and the vehicles in fantastic shape. During one trip, my son left a few personal items in a car, and they were able to return later that day with the items. I'd call that excellent customer service. I did experience some minor communications issues in booking/quoting and responding timely, however it isn't anything that would push me away from using them again in the future.
