Founded in 1988, Together We Grow is one of the largest pediatric day health care centers in California. Located in Oceanside, Calif., the center specializes in catering to the educational and developmental requirements of medically fragile and typical children. Its child development and education program includes skilled nursing care, infant through adolescent activities, child care and preschool, medically fragile weekend program, extended day program for medically fragile children and sensory integration room, among others. Together We Grow is a National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited pediatric day health care facility.
