We were scheduled for an all-day tour around LA and Anaheim with AMG in mid-June. When I received the confirmation text the night prior, we were asked to allow a 15-minute grace period after our scheduled pickup of 7:45 am. At 8:05 am, I texted them to say that we were sorry they hadn't made it to us and we were heading out in our rental car. I asked when I could expect a refund since they missed their pickup window and were beyond their requested grace period. I understand traffic in the area can be very bad and that delays are often unavoidable; however, I didn't appreciate that we weren't alerted sooner to their extended delay. I am saddened to leave a negative review, but have yet to see a refund for the missed pickup.

The driver was very kind and accommodating for a person with a wheelchair. He always helped and ensured that the bus was parked in a safe location for the passengers to disembark, including those with special needs. He never complained about the extra work required loading and unloading the wheelchair or the extra time needed to assist the passenger to/from the bus. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and the sites he was taking us to. His driving was excellent. As a professional driver myself, I am always a little more critical of other drivers. He was safe, courteous and smooth with his driving, acceleration and stopping. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time!

Good tour with Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Venice beach etc and Mike the tour guide was awesome, professional and friendly.

I decided to take this tour so that I could visit the Los Angeles area (Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, etc.) from my resort in Anaheim. Our driver, Mike, was knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I also enjoyed the music that was played on the bus was a good mix and kept the trip pleasant. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
