Old, dirty, and over priced. I think most of the people who stay there are alittle shady and actually live there. The room was very old and dirty. I didn’t feel safe there with my children. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! DON'T STAY HERE! I did not read the reviews before staying here but I can confirm the filthiness of the room, towels, the look of blood on the pillows, the fact that the first floor motel windows don't lock, etc, etc, etc. However nothing compares to someone picking the motel door lock (with ease) while you are in bed which is what happened to me!! I called the police and I called the owner who stated over the phone that there are no security cameras to view! Then the owner came to the door pounding saying that there was no burglar at the door when he arrived. DUH, they ran! The owner then screamed for me to lock the door and walked away disgusted. They did not catch the burglar who left before the police arrived but other people do hang out in groups outside the motel doors and watch you while you are coming in/out of your motel room door so it is someone most likely who has targeted the motel before. I made it out alive and unharmed (Thank God) but PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER! If you can't afford more you may be better off sleeping in your car in an allowed well-lit business area for the night. Take my experience as a warning. I would rate it -1000 if I could.

After checking in to this motel and getting to my room, I found the nastiest motel room I have ever seen. The floor was dirty, the towels were filthy looking, and there were bugs everywhere. I called the office and told them how filthy the room was and asked for clean towels and for the room to be cleaned. (It was also priced way out of line for what it was.) They came to the room and kicked me out. Didn’t offer to clean the room or bring clean towels, just kicked me out.

This place should be condemned! I was arriving late from a long day of driving a U-HAUL truck and wasn’t able to check reviews, this place was dirty and gross. It was overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!

My wife, dog and I stayed at the Kings Court Motel, in Loveland, CO. the night of 14 June 2017. The 10 dollar pet fee was refunded the following morning the 15th, when I reported how horribly, dirty the room was, the show door was broken, foul dirt on the shower door, furniture broken, no light bulb over one of the beds. The carpet was so worn and filthy I didn't want my dog to sleep on it! I've traveled, and stayed in hotels and motels the world over for over 50 years, and this motel is either the worst or second worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I am a man who offers compliments often for exceptional service, cleanliness and any other pleasant encounter. Likewise I believe when something is so appalling as the Kings Court Motel is, it should be made known. I not only would not recommend staying there, I would recommend the city health officials and or engineer to condem the place. Simply one of the worst experiences I've had in my life!
