clean and tidy seems ok not a lot here the few shops are ok the shop assistants happy to help you and very pleasant.

We stopped in to shop but found it depressing. Not much selection & the mall was mostly vacant. So few cars outside, we weren't sure that the mall was even open.

I go to this mall all the time to hangout with friends, its not good whatsoever but its a place. Thats really all it is. Theres pretty much one side to the mall the other side out of the wapping 2 branches has no stores. Its a waste of space. All the places to eat are across acouple roads and are discouraging to want to eat at. I love seeing that people call this the worst mall ever as sombody that lives within 5 minutes of it, Im glad to hear others think it sucks as much as i do.

The experts continue to tell us that indoor malls are failing, however, I have traveled to various other parts of the country and have seen them vibrant - before the economic killer covid arose. People enjoy a place to gather. The California planners sold Ft Collins a bill of goods, similar to the snake oil salesman that sold the CSU stadium to the university. The people that have been here for years, have continually requested high-end shopping, which would bring sales in from a great distance. We have been given high-end shopping, like Target and Walmart! We loose a great deal of sales, as people like me continue to go to Denver or Boulder or Westminster, for higher quality stores. As this mall fails, perhaps the city will slowly learn to listen to its citizens, rather than the theoretical experts who don’t live here. It seems that Ft Collins is always a day late and a dollar short! Maybe that’s why people are moving to the towns around Ft Collins! Perhaps Ft Collins is going the same way as the mall...

This was a great place to kill time while in Fort Collins. If you're looking for high-end shopping, head south to Denver. If not, it'll do.
