What we test: duct leakage, airflow and fan watt draw, refrigerant charge verification, QII insulation inspection, whole-house envelope leakage, IAQ ventilation and kitchen range hoods. We also do Title 24 energy reports (CF1R) for new construction, additions, ADUs and remodels, Mechanical and Electrical Acceptance Testing, and air and water testing and balancing.
