Where Gauchos Find Their Fit: Swimming Pools, Spa, Two Gymnasia, Fitness Centers, Adventure Climbing Center, Squash Courts, Raquetball Courts, Classrooms, Pottery Studio, Mulit-Activity Court (MAC), and Locker Room Facilities. The Rec Cen also serves as home to the UCSB Department of Exercise and Sport Studies, UCSB Adventure Programs, Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs. The UCSB Recreation Center opened in 1995 and has been one of the most popular spots on campus ever since.
