So I like the facial but the massage was a waste of money and my time. And I signed up for membership $79/month. At this point I have 3 credits and I called them to schedule a facial for me and my friend since she haven’t tried any facial treatment and she said she might sign up for a membership. So I called to schedule a facial for me and her, just to find out, that they do not have any appointments available for the day that we want or the day that would work for us. What an awful establishment is that.!! You’re paying them monthly for nothing. I have canceled my membership and the person on the other side says, I have to give them 30 days notice before the cancellation takes affect.!! so that means, by the time my membership is cancelled, I would have 4 credits available for use that I can’t used. Read reviews before giving them your business. My friendly advice is; Be careful signing up for any membership in this establishment. That’ll save you money and headaches in the future.

The age defense facial with Rebecca was Excellent! I can’t tell you enough how awesome Rebecca is! She is a very gifted and blessed aesthetician. She is kind and friendly. I noticed immediate results, my skin was happier, more clear and glowing. She performs gentle extractions and really cleared up my flaw areas. It is so nice to relax at Spavia and they take really good care of you.

Booked a last minute massage at Spavia using a $30 discount email. I couldn’t be happier that I did! I had no idea whether Cameron was female or male I didn’t really care but I’m so glad I got the Cameron I got. I felt like I was a puddle by the time I left and still today have been feeling the wonderful effects of a very therapeutic massage! Lovely day spa facilities.

My daughter treated me to a hot stone massage and a facial for my birthday at this spa. She did the same thing last year at Spavia and it was great. This year was just awful. The massage table was so hard it was painful to lay on my stomach. The facial was dreadful and it took three days for my skin to feel normal. When I got home my husband wanted to know what the heck had happened to my face and neck. I am quite accustomed to facials as well as micro dermabrasion treatments and get same at least every 4-6 weeks at another facility. I have never had a problem previously. I will not be going back to Spavia.

We went to Reno for a show and decided to get a couples massage but did not want a casino/resort. Found Spavia on the web and scheduled our couples massage. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgable, the spa was very nice with changing rooms, robes and slippers and an area to kick back with tea or water. We then went in for the couples massage where we both received great massages. We are not from the area but would go again if in the area.
