Stayed one night, and found the place to be a worn out, run down, dirty place. Furniture was worn through the fabric, not only in our room, but in the lobby too. Walls had stains on them, floors were dirty, hair all over the bathroom floor. Smells bad, throughout the whole complex. Basically this is a construction workers place, and it shows. Never would I stay here again.

All the comforts of home! IF you live in a van DOWN BY THE RIVER! Dirty sheets no clean towels, wet dirty towels in bathroom, furniture falling apart. No soap. AC no worky. I have stayed in hundreds of places over 40 years and nothing compares to the seedy, disguising smelly hell hole that I booked. Even the bed bugs have vacated the dump.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I'm afraid for my life. Walked in the hallway and it smelled so bad of marijuana about got a contact buzz just walking to my room. Walked in saw chair falling apart. Floor all stained. Everything stained!! TV wouldn't work. Bugs on the floor.

I spend 5-6 months of every year in studio hotels. This is the best value I have seen in a LONG time. I think this was an ex Candlewood, ie dishwasher, full refer, separate bedroom, BIG desk, 2 closets. 2 TVs That is kinda the premium room, solo rooms everything is smaller, and cheaper. Such a good value I lured 5 other team members here from other hotels, All equally satisfied. Staff universally friendly and helpful, good maintenance, clean enough for all but the most anxious. Try to get room overlooking the park like space to the front. The back rooms overlook freeway.

Very impressed. Big CLEAN room, very comfortable bed, big flat screen TV, and a huge clean bathroom. Excellent for the price. The front desk staff was super nice and efficient. Only issue is lots of road noise.
