The room reaked of stale cigarette smoke, floors and bedding were stained, we found disturbing random things in the cupboard. It was right off the interstate and the windows were like the old, thin trailer house windows, blocking no sound. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

M0†el 6. I’m goin to start looking for Budget Hosts over M6. This 1 is safer, cleaner and friendlier and cheaper, than many M6’s I’ve stayed at. Yes it could use a good updating, but if you have any questions as to why I’d stay here over M6 see my review of one in Albuquerque. My 1 frustration was having to borrow a triple prong extension cord in the room to keep my tech charged, I suggest you bring 1 with, otherwise, I WIIL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN❣️❣️❣️

Would not recommend staying here. My husband stayed here and the room was not the best. We are pretty sure he left his Drivers License there and we can’t get in touch with no one. They don’t answer the phones nor can the 1-800 number get in touch with them. Terrible experience.

I've lived a few miles from this motel for about 60 years. Like most people in the area, we know the long, bad history of this place. Take my advice - don't even consider staying there. The current owners are all about making money, and NOT at all interested in hospitality, cleanliness, safety, etc. Sleep in your car. Sleep under a bridge. Sleep anywhere but Budget Host Exit 254 Inn!

After reading such negative reviews I was more than a little hesitant but we were tired so I asked to see a room first and on-site manager John showed me room #109. Nothing fancy, mind you, it's an older property that definitely needs some updating, but OK for a quick overnight. Could use a deep cleaning. We appreciated being able to drive right up to our own door making it so much easier to transport luggage. Fridge/micro and flat screen TV with TWC and TCM. Free wifi but it was pretty slow so I ended up using my own hotspot. We arrived late and left early and the lights in the distance were beautiful. There was a playground for little ones. Can definitely recommend the restaurant next door at the Johnson Corner truck stop :-)
