Worst customer service ever. Incompetent staff. We canceled our account yet they still keep charging us for a system that doesn't work and hasn't since November. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

I asked for an appointment on 5 occasions. They never called nor came. Don't ever use them. You will be waiting for nothing.
