I went to Harmony Within for help with a sore back and arm. I would rate my pain at a level 10! My 90 minute session was comprised of pulling, twisting, cupping and a variety of other novel methods! I have to admit that I'm not a fan of massage but this was beyond a massage, this was therapy! Every technique used was helpful and was NOT painful!! The shocking thing was the next morning my pain was at a level 5 and then by the end of the day it was down to 1. I cannot recommend this place enough and the ladies that work there are true professionals. If you're in pain and need relief, make this your first stop!
